Refund & Exchange Policy
At Wild Roots Gifting, we take great care to ensure your orders are delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to be fair to our customers while maintaining product quality standards.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
The product reaches you in a broken, damaged, or unusable condition (e.g., the plant arrives dead).
The issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photo/video proof.
Once verified, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided if:
The customer accepts the product at delivery without raising any concern and later (after 24 hours from delivery or more) reports an issue.
The issue is due to improper care after delivery (plants require regular watering, sunlight, etc.).
Exchanges
Exchanges are available under the same conditions as refunds:
If the product arrives broken, damaged, or dead, and the customer opts for an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchange requests must also be raised at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photo/video proof.
Exchanges will not be provided if:
The customer raises the issue after the allowed time frame.
The product condition has deteriorated due to lack of care or maintenance after delivery.
